Operating the Data Reader

Installation

1. Make sure you have “Microsoft .net Framework” on your PC, you can download it from here : dotnetfx.exe

2. Make sure you have Blackberry Drivers and desktop management software installed on your PC, you can download it here: bb_usb_drivers.msi

3. Download BlackBerry info Reader from here: bbreader.zip

4. Extract the archive to some directory, i.e. c:\logger

5. Execute the run.bat

6. Once done, double click the berryLogger.exe

7. Once the reader is running, connect the phone to your USB cable

8. If everything was installed correctly like the Microsoft Framework and Blackberry drivers, you should be able click “Get info”

9. Copy and paste the read information and send it to us

10. We will get back to you as soon as possible with your unlock code.

Q. The software will not run

A. You have not installed either the .net framework or the blackberry drivers, please install and try again
