====================================================================================nnnProcess files & log information: Files: First you may need to download the .ask file reader tool HERE. Once you have created the .ask file click on the File Services tab in order to request our ask-rpl service. You will need to have firstly created a .ask file using your own equipment. Once the file has been read you must rename it to the iemi number of the handset. Then in file services select the equipment that you used and create the file and upload it to our server. The file will then be processed by our team, this should take between 24-72 hours. Once you have received the .rpl file, you can then write the file to your handset using the same equipment as used to create the .ask file. Logs: Simply click on the Process Logs tab, select the service name and amount of logs required. Now click on the Order button and once processed by us, you will receive an email containing a .txt file. In this file will be the username & password details or confirmation that your order has been processed successfully. Additional Information: - For MTBox upgrades you must input your box ID in the Serial Number box and confirm the requested update in the comments box.
- For Universalbox logs you must submit your knickname (this was submitted in the registration of your box) in the comments box. Failure to do this will result in a delay in us processing your order and adding your credits to your account.
